DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 764 shares have been purchased at £5.08 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included 25 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M. Harris and Mr N. Page.
The beneficial interests of these individuals are set out below:

The aggregate interest of Lord Harris and Martin Harris is therefore 13,103,823 ordinary shares representing 19.33% of the issued share capital.
