Please note that in our earlier announcement released on 20 February 2012 (RNS number 7693X entitled 'Director/PDMR Shareholding'), the stated number of Investment Shares (4,190 shares) and Match Shares (4,190 shares) awarded to Mr J Zijderveld (PDMR) under the Unilever Management Co-Investment Plan was incorrect. The correct number of Investment Shares awarded was 4,655 and the correct number of Match Shares awarded was also 4,655.
These two amendments are identified with an asterisk. All other details remain unchanged.
