This announcement replaces RNS number 8698E, released at 10.42 on Friday 13 January 2015. The only change is the change in the resultant shareholding of Mr Thompson from 8,290,101 Ordinary Shares to 8,546,101 Ordinary Shares. Mr Thompson's percentage interest in the issued share capital of the Company is unchanged at 11.4%.
