Replacement RNS: Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The following amendments have been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 24 December 2020 at 0945h under RNS No. 8222J disclosing a purchase of shares:
1. The contents of box 1a) and 2a) have been changed to reflect that Cape May Limited, which is wholly owned by Tyman's Non-Executive Chairman, Nicky Hartery, had purchased the shares.
2. The content of box 2b) has been changed to note that this is an amendment.
