The following amendments have been made to the Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons announcement released on 1 May 2014 at 10.59am under RNS Number 0618G.
Box 15 - has been amended to show the total beneficial and non-beneficial interests of the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility.
Box 23 - the word 'directors' has been replaced with 'PDMRs'
All other information remains as previously stated.
All relevant boxes should be completed in block capital letters
