The previous announcement indicated that the resultant shareholding of Linda Cartwright was 69,171 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.0252% of the total issued share capital instead of the correct shareholding of 55,171 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.0201% of the total issued share capital. All other information remains unchanged.

On 12 February 2014, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Linda Cartwright, a PDMR, has today sold 7,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 317.8p each.

Her resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 55,171 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.0201% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
