Directors Dealings - Correction

The following is a corrected version of the announcement made on 12 June 2015 at 17.35 pm RNS No. 0954Q. The number of shares acquired by Mr. Lewis is 81,000 and not 80,000 as previously stated and his resulting shareholding is 1,044,000 ordinary shares representing 8.56% of the issued share capital. All other information remains the same.

Directors Dealings

The Company announces that it was notified today of the following dealings by John Lewis, a Director in the Company. The dealings took place yesterday at a price of 122.5p:

· Mr. Lewis acquired a total of 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company

· Mr. Lewis's personal pension fund sold 93,500 ordinary shares in the Company

· Mr. Lewis's spouse sold ordinary 32,000 shares in the Company

Following the above mentioned transactions, Mr Lewis and his wife have a beneficial interest in 1,044,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 8.56% of the issued share capital.
