The issuer advises that the following replaces the New Century AIM VCT Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released at 17:02 GMT today.
The amount of shares held by Michael Barnard was incorrectly stated as 7,860,937 where as it should have read as 1,877,342.
All other details remain unchanged.

On the 22 nd January 2017, Michael Barnard acquired 3223 shares in New Century Aim VCT at a price of 77p, taking his holding up to 1,877,342 equivalent to 23.88% of the issued share capital.
