announcement released on 31 August 2011 at 1348 under RNS No 3455N.

The number of ordinary shares purchased by Greg Lock should have been 4,115. This and the share purchase for Rosemary Lock represented approximately 0.007% of the issued share capital. Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 410,983 ordinary shares, representing 0.267% of the Company's issued share capital.

All other details remain unchanged.

On 31 August 2011, Computacenter Plc was notified that Greg Lock, Chairman of the Company, had on the same day purchased 4,115 ordinary shares at a price of 375.3 pence per share. On the same day, Rosemary Lock, a connected person of Greg Lock, purchased 3,668 ordinary shares at 375.3 pence per share and 3,200 ordinary shares at 377.8 pence per share.

These transactions in total represent approximately 0.007% of the issued share capital. Following these transactions, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 410,983 ordinary shares, representing 0.267% of the Company's issued share capital.
