The Company announces that in order to transfer part of his current shareholding in the Company into a personal pension plan, Gervais Williams, a director, has today sold 3,979,920 Ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') (representing approximately 2.71% of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company ('Issued Share Capital') at a price of £0.25 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Gervais William's SIPP purchased 3,979,920 Ordinary shares at a price of £0.25 per ordinary share (representing approximately 2.71% of the Issued Share Capital). Following these transactions the beneficial shareholdings in Ordinary shares for the director remains the same, as follows:
