The Company was notified on 5th July 2013 by James Dickson, Executive Chairman of Vianet Group plc, that he purchased 28,000 ordinary shares on 4 July 2013 at 70.9p each, taking his total voting interests to 4,315,219 ordinary shares representing 15.52% of the total share capital with voting rights of the Company.
