Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('DTR' or the 'Company')
The Company has been informed that, on 22 July 2008, Dawnay, Day Deutschland Limited sold 969,567 shares in DTR at a price of 33.9c per share.
This disposal was made as a result of the forced closing of a leveraged position.
Both Peter Klimt, a non-executive director of Dawnay, Day Treveria, and Guy Naggar, a director of the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Treveria Real Estate Asset Management Limited, have interests in Dawnay, Day Deutschland, as previously disclosed.
Following the above sale, Mr Klimt's and Mr Naggar's interests in the Company are as follows:
