Notification and public disclosure of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
St. Modwen Properties PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 26 April 2021, Sarwjit Sambhi, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was awarded 271,903 nil-cost options over the Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each under the St. Modwen Properties PLC 2017 Performance Share Plan. This is in line with the disclosures made in the 2020 annual report and accounts of the Company.
Vesting of the award is subject to the achievement of relative total shareholder return (assessed on a median to upper quartile ranking approach using a bespoke comparator group of listed company peers) and absolute total accounting return (measuring growth in net asset value plus dividends paid) targets, both measured independently over the three financial years ending on 30 November 2023. The award is subject to a compulsory two-year post-vesting holding period.
