Director/PDMR Shareholding

LXB Retail Properties Plc (The "Company") has been notified that on 9 April 2013 Jo Duffield of LXB Adviser LLP purchased 134,978 shares at a price of 118.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction Jo Duffield holds 205,071 shares in the Company which represents 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.

The group headed by LXB3 Partners LLP, which includes LXB Adviser LLP, is a related party of the Company. LXB Adviser LLP is the Investment Advisor to the LXB Retail Properties Plc Group. Following the above transaction, the individual members of LXB3 Partners LLP hold an aggregate total of 11,532,383 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 4.95% of the Company's issued share capital.
