On 4 May 2021, Ashley Paxton, a non-executive Director of the Company, transferred 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which were previously held in his sole name, to a joint account held in the name of both he and his spouse, Alexandra Paxton, by way of a deed of gift for nil consideration. All 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company belonging to Ashley Paxton and Alexandra Paxton are now held in this joint account.
