Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been notified of the exercise of the following options granted under the Countryside Properties PLC Save As You Earn Plan ("SAYE Plan") by PDMRs on 3 February 2020. The options over the ordinary shares of £0.01 of the Company ("Shares") were granted on 22 December 2016 at a price of £1.92 per share as set out below:
