The Company announces that on 9 November 2015 it was informed that Robert Moyle, Chairman, had purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 October 2015 at a price of 113 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Robert Moyle's beneficial holding amounts to 461,408 Ordinary Shares or 4.5% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
