Legal & General Group Plc10 April 2008 Savings Related Share Option Scheme ("the Scheme") In common with all eligible employees, each of the executive directors of Legal& General Group Plc ("the Company") has been invited to participate in theScheme. On 10 April 2008, the following executive directors chose to take partin the Scheme. These options were granted at a price of 98.6p per share.
