LSL announces that Mark Morris, a Non Executive Director, acquired 6,689 LSL's ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Shares") on 16th June 2009 in London. The Shares were acquired at a price of 148p. 

 

Following the acquisition of the Shares, Mark Morris' holding in LSL is as follows:
