Spectris plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding
This notification is made under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("MAR").
On 28 November 2025, Spectris plc was notified of the following transactions:
· Andrew Heath (Chief Executive) sold 70,000 shares at £41.325 per share;
· Andrew Heath (Chief Executive) and Rachel Heath (a person closely associated with Andrew Heath) transferred 7,900 shares each to The Heath Family 2025 Trust for nil consideration;
· Derek Harding (President, Spectris Scientific) gifted 2,433 shares to a registered charity; and
· Derek Harding (President, Spectris Scientific) sold 5,567 shares at £41.32 per share and 7,000 shares at £41.325 per share.
