The Company was notified today that Alastair Imrie, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, disposed of 90,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of 316.6 pence per share on 30 June 2011. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
