Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has today been notified that Jim Durkin, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 165 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 December 2015.
As a result, Jim Durkin is now interested in 4,908,663 Ordinary Shares (previously 4,883,663 Ordinary Shares), representing 8.66% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
