Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, has been notified that on Friday 4 December 2015, the Trustees of the Abcam plc Share Incentive Plan ("Plan") purchased Ordinary Shares of 0.2* pence each in the Company at a price of £5.957* per share under the Plan's Dividend Re-Investment on behalf of the persons listed below:
