Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated
Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 6 November 2023 the Company received notification from Link Market Services Limited ("Link") that new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company had been allocated on behalf of certain PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs of the Company as part of a standing election for the reinvestment of dividends, which were paid 3 November 2023, under The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan ("the plan").
The resulting shares held by those PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs is as follows:
