Director/PDMR Shareholding

Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company") announces that on Thursday 16th January 2014, Nicholas Vetch, Executive Chairman, sold 50,000 shares, previously exercised under the Long Term Bonus Performance Plan, at an average price of 500.0p. The sale of these shares decreases Mr Vetch's total holding to 9,165,020 shares, representing 6.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.

James Gibson, Chief Executive Officer, on Thursday 16th January 2014 exercised an option to purchase 45,910 shares under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan at nil pence per share. He sold these shares at an average price of 500.0p. Following these transactions, Mr Gibson's beneficial holding remains at 2,529,226 shares representing 1.77% of the issued share capital of the Company.
