GameAccount Network was informed on 16 April 2015 that David O'Reilly, a Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of GBP£0.01 each ("Ordinary Share") at a price of GBP£0.38 per Ordinary Share on 16 April 2015.

Following the above transaction, David O'Reilly's shareholding in the Company is 2,363,812 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.23% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
