Plant Health Care, a leading provider of novel patent-protected biological products to global agricultural markets, announces that, further to the exercise of options by certain Directors and PDMRs announced earlier today, it has been notified that Jeff Hovey, CFO, has sold a total of 220,000 ordinary shares at a price of 9p in order to cover tax liabilities arising on the exercise of those Options.
Following this transaction, Jeffrey Hovey is interested in 651,696 Ordinary Shares representing 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
