The Company announces that it has received notification that James Sparrow, a PDMR, exercised an option under The Savills Sharesave Scheme and acquired 2,812 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an option price of £6.40 per share on 10 November 2021. As a result, Mr Sparrow has a total beneficial interest in 56,230 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
