Exercise of Sharesave Options
On 12 September 2014, Jill Shedden, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR), exercised an option over 8,086 Centrica plc ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (Shares) through the Company’s Sharesave (SAYE) scheme.
The shares were sold at a price of 323.51 pence per share.
The options were granted on 7 April 2009 at the option price of 193.54 pence per share,
and became exercisable from 1 June 2014 upon completion of her 2009 Sharesave 5-year scheme.
The Company was notified of the transaction, which took place in London, on 12 September 2014.
This announcement is made following notifications under Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.
