Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (the "Company") announces that Andrew Rashbass, Chief Executive Officer, exercised deferred bonus share award options over 4,339 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Shares") in the Company on 4 June 2020.
Andrew Rashbass sold 2,039 Shares in order to settle the resulting tax liabilities. In addition, he transferred 2,300 Shares to his wife, J Rashbass, on 4 June 2020.
