Sanderson Group PLC17 November 2005 SANDERSON GROUP PLC Directors' shareholdings. Sanderson Group PLC ("Sanderson" or the "Company") announces that it wasinformed today that Mr Christopher Winn, executive chairman of the Company,purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in Sanderson on 16 November 2005 at a price of50 pence per share. The shares will be held by a self invested personal pensionfor the benefit of Mr Winn. Following this purchase, Mr Winn has an interest in1,025,000 ordinary shares and options over 2,037,715 ordinary shares. Sanderson was also informed today that Mrs Angela O'Byrne, the wife of Mr DavidO'Byrne, the managing director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary sharesin Sanderson on 17 November 2005 at a price of 50 pence per share. Followingthis purchase, Mr O'Byrne has an interest in 192,754 ordinary shares and optionsover 1,228,945 ordinary shares.
