Deferred Share Bonus Awards for 2013/14 Performance

The Go-Ahead Group plc announces that the following conditional award of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company under the terms of The Go-Ahead Group plc Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2012 was made to the Executive Directors on Wednesday 5 November 2014 in respect of 2013/14 performance:-

David Brown - 15,601

Keith Down - 9,990

The vesting of the shares will normally take place on the third anniversary of the award date. Bonus claw-back, normal 'good leaver' and change of control provisions will apply during this deferral period. No consideration was paid for the grant of the award.
