Director / PDMR Shareholding

Alternative Networks was today informed that on 28 October 2014 Edward Spurrier (Chief Executive Officer), sold 3,467,173 ordinary shares of 0.125p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 415 pence per share to 7 SFI Limited, a company in which Mr Spurrier and his wife are the sole shareholders. On the same day, 7 SFI Limited sold 357,173 Ordinary Shares at a price of 415 pence per share. Consequently, Mr Spurrier has a resultant total beneficial interest in the Company of 3,110,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.4% of the total issued share capital of Alternative Networks.
