Director's Share Dealing
RM plc was informed yesterday by Rob Sirs (Chief Operating Officer) that Barclays Stockbrokers, acting on his behalf, sold on 29 January 2010 8,310 ordinary shares at a price of 173.25p per share and on the same day repurchased 8,194 ordinary shares at a price of 173.25p per share to facilitate the transfer of shares into an ISA.
Following these transactions his beneficial holding in the Company stands at 180,420 shares (representing approximately 0.19% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached).
