Director Shareholding
Infrastrata plc (the "Company") was informed today that Mr Craig Gouws, an Executive Director of Infrastrata plc, has today transferred 57,418 ordinary shares from his personal name at 26.25p per share to his Self Invested Pension Plan at 26.5p per share.
Mr Gouws' total beneficial shareholding in Infrastrata remains unchanged at 92,418 ordinary shares, representing 0.12% of the issued and voting share capital of the Company.
