Director Shareholding
Zytronic plc (the 'Company') was notified today that on 10 June 2010, Mr Denis Mullan, Finance Director of the Company, transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to Alliance Trust Savings Limited as an in-specie contribution to his personal pension plan. As a result of this transaction Mr Mullan and his connected parties remain interested in 140,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
