JAMES CROPPER PLC (THE 'COMPANY')
DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company has today been informed that M.A.J.Cropper, a director of the Company, has been appointed a Trustee of the Anglers Inn Trust which is a charitable trust.
The Anglers Inn Trust manages a large portfolio of investments, including 28,084 shares in James Cropper PLC. The Trust provides no benefit to M.A.J.Cropper or his family.
M.A,J.Cropper now has a non-beneficial holding in the Company, in addition to his beneficial holding, and the details are as follows:
