RM PLC10 December 2007 10 December 2007 RM plc Directors' Shareholding RM plc has been notified that the following Executive Directors have sold sharesthat were released to them today as matched shares awarded under the RM plcCo-Investment Plan (the Group's long-term incentive programme for seniorexecutives). Tim Pearson was awarded 28,044 matched shares and sold 28,044 shares at a priceof 205.75p. Following the transaction Tim Pearson's beneficial holding in thecompany remains at 185,052 shares (representing approximately 0.20% of theCompany's issued share capital to which voting rights are attached). Mike Greig was awarded 36,634 matched shares and sold 36,634 shares at a priceof 205.75p. Following the transaction Mike Greig's beneficial holding in thecompany remains at 179,999 shares (representing approximately 0.19% of theCompany's issued share capital to which voting rights are attached).
