Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") Interests and their connected persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.4
On 1 June 2016, the following persons connected to a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), notified the Company of the following transfers of ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares"):
1. Transfer from Local Globe III Limited to Local Globe IV Limited:
(1) The name of the person discharging managerial responsibilities within the issuer, or, where applicable, the name of the person connected with such a person
