The Company has today been notified that on 1 June 2007 the following PersonsDischarging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") exercised options over ordinaryshares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc under the BAE Systems SAYE ShareOption Scheme at an option price of 156 pence per share.
