Forbidden Technologies (AIM: FBT), the AIM-quoted developer of the market leading Cloud video platform FORscene, announces that on 12th December 2011, Phil Madden, Finance Director of the Company, purchased a total of 16,377 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares) at an average price of 30.1 pence per share. Following this purchase his holding is 221, 378 shares, representing 0.26% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
