Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

 

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R (1) (a).

 

On 12th August 2008, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC received notification that:- 

Mr David Strange, a PDMR, has today acquired 65,338 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("ordinary shares") at a price of 84.5p each, pursuant to the Company's final payment following the acquisition of Hill Osborne in August 2000. His resultant holding in ordinary shares in the Company is now 901,637 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.4258% of the total issued share capital of the Company and the total number of shares over which options are held by him is now 2,000.

Angela Wright, a PDMR, has today acquired 12,150 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("ordinary shares") at a price of 82.3p each, pursuant to the Company's 2003 Grant of the Senior Employee Matching Share Purchase Scheme. Her resultant holding in ordinary shares in the Company is now 108,126 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.0511% of the total issued share capital of the Company , of these shares 24,038 are nil paid and the total number of shares over which options are held by her is now 38,423.
