Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Biffa plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 1p shares undertaken by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs").
The vesting of conditional awards granted in July 2017 to Michael Topham, Jeff Anderson and Michael Davis under the Company's Performance Share Plan and the sale of shares to cover tax and national insurance costs arising on vesting and, in the case of Michael Davis, the sale of 50% of the net shares.
