Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings
The Company has been notified today that on 26 November 2007 The Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Trust acquired a total of 2392 ordinary shares in the Company to satisfy the potential call of vested 2007 awards and NIC hedging on vested 2007 awards in respect of the Fidessa group plc Share Bonus Plan. As potential beneficiaries of the Trust, the executive directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility are deemed to have a potential beneficial interest in the Trust's shares.
