Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 1st December 2008, Mrs J B Stewart the wife of Mr A J Stewart, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each ('Shares') in the Company for 64 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Mr Stewart has a total beneficial interest of 40,000 Shares in the Company, equivalent to 0.008% of the Shares in issue (excluding shares held in treasury).
