Solid State plc, the AIM listed supplier of battery products, specialist electronic components and industrial/rugged computers to the electronics market, announces that on 16 August 2011 it was informed that Mr John Lavery (Executive Director) transferred at nil cost 318,320 ordinary shares to his wife and that Mr Gary Marsh (Chief Executive) transferred at nil cost 318,571 ordinary shares to his wife.
Following these deals the beneficial holdings of Mr John Lavery and Mr Gary Marsh are unchanged, as followed:
