Vislink PLC02 January 2007 Vislink plc Director shareholding 2 January 2007 The Company has been informed on 29 December 2006 by Ian Scott-Gall, the GroupChief Executive, that he has exercised 650,000 share options at an exerciseprice of 26.5 pence per share. In addition the Company has been informed on thesame day that Mr Scott-Gall has sold 650,000 shares in the Company at a price of100.0 pence per share. Following these transactions Mr Scott-Gall will continueto be interested in 1,120,000 shares representing 0.81 per cent of the issuedshare capital of the Company.
