The Company was notified on 17 December 2013 by Capita IRG Trustees (Nominees) Limited that on 16 December 2013 Karen Witts, a PDMR, acquired an interest in 34 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 each in the Company at the price of 369.20 pence per share pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan.
