Director's share dealings

The Company has today received notification that Oxford Gate Capital LLC, a company in which key employees of GLIF's investment manager are interested, has today sold its entire shareholding of 250,000 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company, representing 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of 48p per share.

Following the above sale of ordinary shares, Oxford Gate Capital LLC has no beneficial interest in the Company's issued share capital.
