Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company was notified on 8 October 2019 that on that date, Mark Townsend, Chief Financial Officer, and a person closely associated with him (Judith Townsend) bought in aggregate 7,700 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 419 pence per share (the "Purchases").
Following the Purchases, Mr Townsend and persons closely associated with him hold in aggregate 23,604 ordinary shares, which represents approximately 0.16 % of the Company's issued share capital.
